Accountable Mail

Accountable Mail includes Express, Registered, Certified and Insured mail and parcels. The list below outlines the path this mail follows from the post office to your desk.

1. Mail Services receive accountable mail from the post office by 8:30 AM. 
2. Mail is sorted according to delivery route. There are 2 routes for deliveries.
3. Mail is delivered and a signature is requested for accountable mail.
4. Outgoing mail is picked up.
